Question: I get my braces off in a month and i don't feel like they're ready because....?
When i roll my tongue against the inside of my bottom teeth it feels smooth. When i roll my tongue against the inside of my top teeth i can feel 3 bumps created by the four front teeth, even though from the outside they look great. Can anyone who has had their braces removed tell me if this is normal?

That's how my teeth are. My four front top teeth were not perfectly aligned. It's mainly the two on the side. They aren't completely straight. It's normal.
Examine your teeth as detailed as possible. I had braces for 2 -1/2 yrs, was pressured into taking them off by my incompetent doctor, and guess what? I had to get them put back on by my second doctor because my teeth were not ready, and my first doctor was relieved (fired). It is now 4 years and I still have my braces. If you are worried about sounding like a nag, don't. Its your money and your time that will be waisted in the end. Point out the problems to your doctor. If you are not ready, do not let him/her take it off.
its probably your gums. when your braces get tighten your teeth move and when your teeth move you gums interact with it. its okay. there is nothing to be afraid of. Been there, done that. and you will LOVE the way you look when you get your braces off. Plus it wont hurt at all when they take it off. You will be fine! :)
I had braces, and have straight teeth, and still feel small bumps on the inside. Gage it by what you see on the outside. Everyone's teeth are different; the point of orthodontics is to make them LOOK good, not necessarily to make them feel smooth.
