You NEED to go to a dentist. It sounds like you will need an immediate procedure, but you won't feel a thing and you will have your eyes closed the whole time. You will actually wake up feeling better and being able to eat and smile better too!

PS
Don't be embarassed, this is their job. They see this and much more, trust me. Just go and take care of yourself.

First of all this has gone exceedingly far, if you are suffering then you must go to the dentist there is nothing to be afraid of. The dentist is usually a painless process, and they are very kind. If you feel that you cannot do this on your own take a friend with you to help you through it. And in a drastic case i think you should maybe see a psychiatrist to talk about your fears.

We all have fears of going to any medical professional, but sometimes the aches and pains can worsten over time and can affect other areas causing even more pain...no one wants that..by the looks of it you may need a root canal =/ it is best for u to go the dentist asap because bacteria and decay buildup can really make there way in other places in your teeth and gums causing more damage even permanent loss we dont want that to happen...theres nothing to be fearful and if pain worstens try biting ice some of the time the cold will numb the pain away from the tooth.=) good luck and please do not kill yourself everything will be fine
