maybe, you should check with an orthodontist, because they may look straight an pretty on the outside but when they xray your gums, they might find something else(like a tooth growing in wrong)
If you do get braces, they wouldnt' be on that long and they might reccomend Invisalign

maybe - but best to go to the dentist. Sometimes you don't need braces, even retainers work and they may even have other things they can do to give you the perfect smile.
