Your severe toothache that doesn't respond to medication especially an anti-inflammatory such as aleve tells me you've got a big problem. You're going to need to go to a dentist, more than likely you'll need a root canal. With aleve you're only supposed to take 2 in 24 hours, go to a hospital because you can OD on Aleve.

Yes it is. Why didn't you read the label first? It tells you how many you can take in a 24 hour period, and exceeding that dosage is dangerous. Time to bite the bullet (no pun intended) and see a dentist. All those pills only mask the problem - they won't solve it.
