i am getting my braces off really soon and people have told me that getting your braces off hurts alot. DOES IT??

they grind all the glue off your teeth, but its worth it
As much as it hurts to get them tightened :) They'll be sore for a little while but it will go away a few days later :)
Got my braces off a few years ago :)
I didn't think it hurt, my teeth were just a little sore the next day, the same as getting them adjusted.
