I would avoid Giggles advice that's overkill and will damage your tooth enamel, brush with a mix of baking soda & peroxide and try the crest strips no more than once daily

Brush your teeth with vinegar once a week. It really whitens your teeth but you don't want to brush with it too often because it's acidic and will wear down the enamel. If you want to brush with it more often to get faster results, don't do it more than two or three times a week and brush your teeth with a protective toothpaste first, wait about ten minutes or so to let it set, and then brush with the vinegar.

Alright man this is kinda dangerous.

after you brush your teeth use a gang of hydrogen peroxide. then hit it with the listerine mouth whitening mouth wash. then put on the crest white strips. (twice a day)

only drink clear fluids.
