whoa! i really recommend getting a torch and a small mirror and stand in front of a big mirror. shine the torch and reflect what the thing is in ur mouth. Or ask you parents/Brothers and sisters anyone to check it. if it really hurts then i recomend seeing a dopcter
I had that once all it is is a Canker sore sometimes you can pop it But there is some type of medicine you can put on it.
Probably a cut from something you ate.
