I don't think you can get it done if it is considered cosmetic.

If you have molars that are out of alignment then it would have been an orthodontic issue whilst you were under 19 and in full time education.

If you are dentally fit and the there is no real clinical need for these teeth to be crowned to straighten up your bite then the NHS will not do the work as it would be considered to cosmetic. They will not crown teeth unless there has been a problem and infection or damage is normally the reason for a crown after a root canal.

Not to line up teeth. White fillings will also not line up teeth either.

The NHS will keep you dentally fit whilst you are unemployed but will not do cosmetic work which is what you are looking for. Also when you were younger if you had genuine clinical need you would have been referred for a brace at a younger age.

Sorry but the option you are looking for is on a private basis only.

Yes probably, your dentist would need to assess your teeth and look at the 2 molars but you must state to him that your jaw is sore and your bite is off, crowns would align them better. You can get them on NHS but white fillings are charged differently and for a molar its around £50 ish.

While crowns can be done on the NHS, it would only be if there was a non-cosmetic reason for it (such as a front tooth breaking in half). If it is for cosmetic reasons, then you would need to pay for them. Your dentist would be able to tell you, but I suspect it would be classed as cosmetic.

It's AMAZING I found it at http://givingagift.info/92771/dental-crown
