Do i have dry socket?!
Question: Do i have dry socket?
Answers:
You don't have a dry socket because it's too early for that to occur. Dry sockets occur at about three days out if the blood clot is lost prematurely. This results in exposed bone which can be very painful. You should be taking whatever pain medication your doctor prescribed. If that isn't working you should call him and discuss it.
I'm a dentist.
It cant be a dry socket as this develops around 4 days after the extractions due to the blood clot not forming and a dry bone infection developing. Pain, Swelling, Bleeding and Bruising is normal and expected for up to 2-3 days after the teeth are out. The pain can be controlled by taking regular painkillers.
IT USUALLY TAKES 24-48 HRS FOE A DRY SOCKET TO OCCUR THIS IS NOT FROM JUST TOUCHING THE SOCKET
Maybe it means all your teeth will fall out
