Help with dental care please?!

Question: Help with dental care please?
Okay, I know they are not cavities, but I have one tiny grain of sand size hole in one of my front area teeth and another as well a little bit larger, (one on top and one on bottom). They do not hurt when I brush on or around them, drinking hot or cold doesn't bother them, and I've had them for almost a year now and they haven't gotten larger, at least that I can notice. I have read about dental bonding procedures and such to rebuild or cover enamel, any advice or thoughts? I brush twice to three times a day and use ACT mouthwash and floss, so I don't know why they are like this. I am 24 and have had no cavities.

Answers:

they can still be cavities even if they haven't grown or have any sensitivity. i'd still see your dentist and get those checked out. if they are cavities, don't worry, it won't hurt.

See a dentist.

I'm an oral surgeon.
