I have been using bleaching gel for over 5 years and they do not make my teeth sensitive. They did at first for a few days, but it went away. If you get it on your gums, they temporarily turn white and are tender, but that goes away, too. I use bleaching gel every month without any problems. But I would suppose some people might have issues. There are always exceptions.

Just keep in mind that your teeth will only get as white as they will get. I mean, some people can get really white teeth and others not so much. You can't force them to be glow in the dark white. The only other way would be with veneers. http://goo.gl/1FzU5

since you have four months I would use hydrogen peroxide. You mix it with water a little is all you need (1 tablespoon or so) (more water than HP) swish it around for a minute and SPIT it OUT and brush your teeth when your done. Do every five days and then after a while only do once a month or once every three weeks. This will whiten your teeth without the side effects of having sensitive teeth and it is way cheaper; a bottle of HP only cost a dollar or two.
