Help! The time has come for wisdom teeth..?!

All i can say is Ouch!

I'm taking tablets called Nuromol at the moment which are great for dental pain..

But i keep waking up during the night because of the pain, i take another tablet then it takes at least half an hour to get back to sleep because i can't sleep with the pain. I'm just wondering if there's anything i should be avoiding and doing more of? Like cold drinks vs. hot drinks etc??

How long will i be in pain for?! Lol :(
