Question: Sore Tooth, i think it might be a hole?

Yestarday i had one of the really sour sweets (look like bon bons but sour) So after eating that yestarday, today my front tooth is so sore there is like a pin sized hole and every time i press my tounge on it hard or eat something (try to) it is sore, the other front tooth is slighty the same but only if i stick my nail on it,

I brush my teeth everyday day and night........

What can i do?????????

Do i need to go to the denist (btw i am 15)

it may look like a pin sized hole but the tooth maybe rotten inside.... in other words the hole may have mushroomed out inside the tooth. If its causing pain that's not a good sign. You have to go to the dentist, even if there's a tiny hole it needs to be filled. the longer you leave it the bigger the filling. and if you leave it too long the extraction will be the only option. go to the dentist ASAP.

Get it checked out and use sensodyne sensitive as it can stop some of these types of sensitivity.

Go get it checked at the dentist before it gets worse
