What are some good home remedies for getting rid of mild coffee stains on my tee!


Question: What are some good home remedies for getting rid of mild coffee stains on my teeth?
I'm 18 and I drink about 3 cups of coffee every other morning. My teeth have always been naturally white and they still are, but not as white and I think it's because of my coffee obsession. Any tips? (and i love coffee too much to stop drinking it!) Thanks so much! :)

Two things may help you. One is baking soda and peroxide toothpastes. I use Rembrandt plus. The other would be to try swapping out your acidic coffee for something like Kava - which is real coffee, only de-acidified. The acid etches your teeth and allows the stain to invade the enamel a little more deeply.
Plus White five minute bleach once a week can also take the stains off.

four cups per day and my 52 year old teeth look great.

Crest 3D white seems to work well for me. I've been drinking coffee for over 60 years and it whitened my teeth up pretty good.
