This morning while I was drinking milk I felt this horrible sharp pain coming from the back two teeth on the bottom left side of my mouth. It felt like someone was shoving a frozen knife down on them. I felt the same pain while I was eating lunch two. Do I have a cavity?

No sounds like sensitive teeth. I would try using a sensodyne toothpaste and using a mouthwash for sensitive teeth.
