Is it safe to use peroxide on my teeth?!

Question: Is it safe to use peroxide on my teeth?
I heard That if I use peroxide on my teeth, that it will whiten them a lot. But is it safe?

Answers:

It's perfectly safe just make sure that you dilute the peroxide first before you use it. You like the results you get but just remember that results will vary.

Yes it is perfectly safe and is very effective (or so i have heard)
But i have also heard that in the long term, peroxide can actually cause damage to your stomach and intestines. I would recommend using it but right after you use it to rinse with another product, like scope, just to avoid the peroxide going down...

Have fun :-)

yea, my step dad is a dentist and gave me some to use and im really happy with the outcome, Its safe and harmless. It wont cause tooth decay or anything.

I rinse my mouth out every day with half peroxide/half water solution. a dentist told us to do it. it's perfectly safe.
