can flossing start to form gaps in your teeth?!

Question: Can flossing start to form gaps in your teeth?
i recently got braces and just started flossing, my orthodontist gave me some superfloss from oralB.

my teeth feel really tight when i floss them, but now they are getting easier. I'm not sure if i can see a gap forming or i'm just being paranoid.
But can thick flossing tape form gaps in your teeth?

I'm getting a braces health check in 3 weeks.

Answers:

The tight-then-easier feeling you're describing is just the result of the braces moving your teeth around and your jaw shifting, not the fact that you are flossing. Next time you get your braces tightened, it will feel tight again.

Had braces

That's because they were full of plaque but since you are now flossing regularly the plaque is going which is good.

no.
