how do i clean my tongue?!

Question: How do i clean my tongue?

i brush my teeth well twice a day and try to do the same to my tongue but i find it looks white sometimes, like a layer of something? how can i stop this and keep my breath really fresh?

Toothbrushes do not clean them properly. Buy a tongue scraper they are very cheap and work brilliantly.

There's special toothbrushes that have a tongue-scraper at the back of the brush. I have one. They're not too expensive either. You should be able to buy them at your local supermarket or pharmacy.

I think it's a Oral-B brush...
