Hurts for the first few days nothing a couple of pain killers can't handle.
It would be a lie to say they dont, because they do.
It isnt that bad though, Its the worst at the beginning when your teeth are first moving, for the first few weeks, but then it just feels normal after that.
You can take panadol or nurifen if the pain gets unbearable. :)
Your teeth will be sore the first few days, but then you'll get used to everything.
They really aren't that bad.
