Best Home Tooth Whitening Product?!

Question: Best Home Tooth Whitening Product?
I want a home tooth whitening kit. My teeth aren't yellow but they're not as white as I'd like them to be. I can't afford the fees the dentist charge so can anyone recommend a good kit that works?
And does an Oral Hygienist whiten your teeth? Is that on the NHS?

you can't buy such a thing in the UK because bleaching weakens teeth. Hollywood smiles come at a price.

good brushing and maybe the baking soda. Don't waste your money, no whitening toothpastes actually work.

The hygienist cleans your teeth but doesn't whiten them as it would damage them, and NHS dentistry is very far from free.

I use 'baking soda' twice a week and i think it's a great job.
The next time you pick up a tube of toothpaste,( not all of them) read the outer packaging and you'll read that baking soda is the ingredient contained in the toothpaste.
So it is a lot cheaper to buy baking soda on it's own. Save you money as well.

don't know about the Oral hygienist.

A hygienist can give you a scale and polish but its really not that effective. baking SODA is best product and morrisons and asda sell it, not baking powder.

try oil pulling put it in on youtube :)
