I have a noodle stuck in my gums :( How do I get it out?!

Question: I have a noodle stuck in my gums :( How do I get it out?
I got 2 wisdom teeth pulled on Thursday. I have stitches where one of them was. The next day I had noodles and I guess it got caught in the stitches. It's very painful to even touch the area with my tongue so how do I get the noodle out?! I'm scared it'll mess up the healing process or grow into my gums :(

honestly i know this sounds completely disgusting, but after extractions you are suppose to leave whatever gets stuck in there where it is. if you start picking at it and trying to get it out, the blood clot that helped the bleeding stop could come out and that can create bleeding annnnnd you will get a dry socket which is quite possibly the most painful thing you will ever go through. The only thing that i can tell you if its bugging you that badly is to water down some listerine or use some warm salt water and LIGHTLY swish it around back there which may dislodge it, but otherwise leave it. . . or go to the dentist and have them remove it. Most likely they wont charge for it.

Are you sure its stuck in the stitches? If you leave there it can cause infection. If you try removing it you can hurt the site even more or tear the stitches. You may need to schedule a dentist appointment so he can check it out or remove the food from there.
