i dont know how old you are, but if this is a baby tooth, you can totally do this by yourself. If its a permanent tooth, you need to go to the dentist and have it done professionally.
Baby tooth extraction: just loop a piece of floss around the tooth and pull quicky in both directions. If you do it quick enough, the tooth should just pop out and it should really give you no pain what so ever. You can even pull. Chances are its not coming out cause you are just not pulling hard enough. Most people are scared theyre going to hurt themseleves but the only reason the tooth is coming out in the first place is because the permanent tooth is growing in behind it...so technically the baby tooth is barely hanging on.

The method I use on my children is to take a wet washcloth (clean of course) and chill it in the fridge.
Then I take the rag and with thumb and forefinger I massage the gum on both sides of the tooth. After a few minutes the gum tissue has relaxed its grip on the tooth and it comes painlessly out.
The cold numbs the area a bit and the massage gently works the tissue away in small increments.

there are many option first is take a thread and tie your teeth with it and pull the thread upward slowly slowly second option is use a tools plash and pull the teeth with help of plash in one shot and last but not the least go to the dental hospital near your home.

I've had this problem before, what I did was just wiggle it every minute i got, with my finger or tongue, eventually it just wiggled right out!
