How do you make healthy teeth fall out, or go bad so they have to be extracted?!

Question: How do you make healthy teeth fall out, or go bad so they have to be extracted?
My teeth are crooked, uneven and worn down, and they're so embarrassing they ruin my life. My dentist has quoted me thousands of pounds for braces and crowns, which I can't afford, but I'm so desperate I'm willing to have at least the most visible ones removed and replaced with false ones. The dentist however refuses to take them out because they're still technically healthy.

Anyone got any suggestions? Preferably ones that don't involve hitting myself with a brick in the jaw or anything..

Making me feel ill thinking of that! Have you tried going to your Doctor, you could say its making you feel self conscious and depressed, i.e lay it on a bit and try get them done free on the NHS. They give people other stuff so worth a try.

If you are trying to save money with 'false' teeth, you are sadly mistaken.

Almost all false teeth require expensive, time consuming, and painful surgery. Root canals to anchor the teeth and/or bonding to nearby teeth. Over time they will eventually come loose, chip, crack, etc. and need to be replaced -- more surgery. They can damage the bones under the gums leading to other teeth needing to be replaced, cause excessive wear on other teeth, etc. In the end they will also cost many thousands of pounds to keep, maintain, replace, etc. And false teeth which look remotely real (which you seem so concerned about your looks) are going to be insanely expensive. If a single crown runs hundreds of pounds... imagine what a whole tooth is going to cost.

And there aren't any healthy ways of having your teeth fall out. Extreme starvation, massive calcium deficiency, gum disease, infections, bone cancer, or extreme physical injury are pretty much it. And of course, each of those would cost dramatically more to fix than braces and crowns.

See if you can find an orthodontist that offers a payment plan for the braces. Unless you're really concerned with it and want to lose some teeth. Then drink lots of soda, coffee, and eat sugary snacks. And don't brush your teeth, that'l do it. Be mindful that cavities and potential nerve damage (root canals) can occur and be very painful, I'd just wait for the braces.

it will take a while but you can try wobbling it whenever possible. it will become looser and looser and eventually you will be able to pull it out yourself;) hope that helps and thats a warning to kids that get free braces take the chance!

this is a stupid question, just get the braces. what if something goes wrong and you end up having dentures? I have had braces and they work so much better. And false teeth would cost a lot, too.

Go to another dentist.

Find an NHS Dentist or go for veneers

I have dreadfully crooked teeth (I'm 42) and went to see about a brace as they were getting worse. I left it too late. My bone structure is not strong enough to cope with a brace. If you are young enough, get a bank loan. Just do it. You will regret it if you don't.
If this really isn't an option, you could do what I have had done. My dentist has filled my front teeth (two incisors) - one of which was twisted, the other which was set quite a way back - with white filling, and filed them down so they look level at the front. It hasn't made my teeth perfectly straight by any means, but it has made my smile look much better, and made me much less self-conscious. And all for the price of a filling. It didn't even hurt!
