Ok..Whiten your teeth for FREE...You will need to use a combination of Hydrogen peroxide and Baking Soda as a toothpaste...However, the results will not come quickly, it will come to some degree, but as I said. not quickly, and not bright white. Or good ole peroxide will work too. I swish with that everyday to keep em white
