Impacted wisdom teeth with no pain?!

Question: Impacted wisdom teeth with no pain?
Tomorrow I am scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out. I'm getting all four out, and the bottom two are impacted. However, I have NO pain whatsoever with my wisdom teeth. None of them have poked through the surface either. Do I really need the top wisdom teeth removed if they don't hurt and aren't compacted?

Answers:

You might as well get rid of them while you can because wisdom teeth are the quickest to rot... totally useless teeth. I just got mine taken out on Sunday. Honestly it's going to be the Hell, but when you feel the pain and are done with it you're going to be happy you did it all at once then go through the pain again. When you feel like eating, eat Jell-O... easiest thing to eat and it's yummy. Your dentist will let you know what to do once you get home, and you might get bruised ( I bruise easily so I did on the outside of my cheek -_-) and your face will be swollen but it will obviously go away in a week or so. All in all, good luck!!

:/ I'm not too sure, hopefully for your sake it will be easier. I had pain before, I was able to feel immense pressure from the damn things and it was so bothersome. In any case, your dentist is going to give you pain meds, the go-to choice is Tylenol w/ Codeine as well as antibiotics just to make sure no infections come up. Before you get home, fill up the prescriptions and take your pain meds as soon as you feel the novocaine affects wearing off. Just follow with your meds at the each time increment and hopefully it won't be too bad. (:

I have no pain either! That's normal. That means the teeth are not hitting any nerves yet!
