Dentist appointment tomorrow?!

Question: Dentist appointment tomorrow?
Got to go and get a temporary filling removed and a permanent one put in.

How long would this take to do? would an injection be required?

Thanks for any info.

Answers:

Yes, you'll be having an injection. It will take 20 minutes max.

It takes approximately 30 minutes and you do get an injection into your gum.

Because you don't see it, it doesn't really hurt as much. I'm terrified of injections and have to get one on Tuesday into my arm. Although it apparently doesn't hurt in your arm, I'm still really anxious.

I think I might pass out, but this gum injection isn't too bad. Apparently it hurts more, but because I don't see it and because it's not something that I could easily move out the way (I can easily rip my arm away from the nurse) it doesn't seem to be as bad.

Yes an injection is required to be used.Because they are gonna drill your tooth.
