Question: What can i eat with spacers in without hurting my teeth?
I got my spacers in yesterday and I'm in sooooo much pain! I'm starving though, and I would really like something to eat that's filling. So what can I eat without causing me any pain, but fills me up?

When I got spacers all I ate was rice, and soups until the pain was to where I could stand it. Eat soft foods, also taking vitamin c and ibprophen (not sure of spelling) helped me. Good luck! Oh if u get a water pick it helps take the food out of the braces and spacers
Wore braces
Porridge,jello,soup,soft cakes. and other soft thing.
it wont get hurt when you eat soft thing
