Answers:

have to say, i didnt notice until i saw a tiny bit of darker shade in the left side.
if you were to get bracers, not very long at all persuming both top and bottom teeth are straight.
maybe 6 months max.
but you are more likely to get plates because bracers are $6,000 dollars for jsut the one tooth!
plates will help shape your mouth better and move it, you'll proberly have it for 6 months full time then 1-2 years each night, second night until you slowly fade out.

i had a tooth like that in my bottom row and i have a plate for 8 months to fix it, and then bracers afterwards ( for my overbite )
but if i werent to have bracers i would be slowly fading out of wearing the plate.
you only wear the plate after to tooth moves into the correct position so it stays there.

Get a retainer or invisalign. Your dentist will know about this.
It is a lot cheaper that braces.

Dont worry. braces can help. :)
go to ortho and im sure they can solve this. :)
