I'd explain but it sounds dirty.
I normally use a manual toothbrush, sometimes electrical. I brush it up and down for the outer surface, following the growth of my teeth. For the surface that chews food and the inside, i brush horizontally.
with electric brush, start from upper left, upper right, and lower left, lower right. I spend about 5 minutes 2 times a day.
