My whole teeth hurt a lot. My gums are okay, just my teeth. It isn't one tooth its all teeth and I have had cavities before and it doesnt feel like cavities. I'm only 18 so I hope its not gum disease, but they really are sore!
My teeth are really really really weak, they lack Calcium and I may have gingivitis.

Hello
sounds like you may have gum disease and recession which can cause sensitive teeth and gums. You need to brush your teeth 2 times a day with a soft headed tooth brush for 2-3 minutes each time and do not brush too hard as this can damage your teeth and gums. Also floss once a day at night just before bed as this will remove plaque and food from in between your teeth and from your gum line a tooth brush cannot reach. If you do not floss plaque builds up and causes inflammation around your gums and it then goes hard( turns into tartar which can only be cleaned off by a dentist) and causes gum disease and recession and your teeth roots can then be exposed and be sensitive to hot and cold etc. If you start flossing after not doing so for a while your gums will bleed for a few days as they will be inflamed. This is normal so do not worry and keep flossing.

You also need to eat a healthy tooth kind diet to help get your teeth stronger. Avoid sugar and acidic foods. Sugar turns into plaque and causes tooth decay. Acidic foods and drinks( oranges, fizzy, fruit juices) weaken the tooth enamel and are not good news. Eat healthy tooth kind foods such as milk, cheese, yogurts, apples, fresh veggies and meat and fish and fruits( non acidic). You can also buy mouth wash that hardens your tooth enamel called Colgate Fluorigard that you use at night before bed after brushing and flossing.

Another thing you could try is Sensodyne tooth paste which helps stop pain with sensitive teeth, but you cannot use this with the above mouth wash. Start flossing and hopefully the pain will go away in a few days as your gums repair themselves. Gargling with warm salt water may help your mouth heal faster and clove oil is good too. Another good thing is garlic cloves . Also eating soft easy to chew foods will help with a sore mouth.

Hope that helps and take care

Well! To avoid side effects I suggest you to apply clove oil (if u have) or else take 4-5 cloves and just keep it in ur mouth ur pail ll just vanish temporarily. Henceforth, I would suggest u to dentist early morn if the pain is back. If not than u can visit GP for some suggestions. Using clove is entirely safe as it's natural treatment and u don't have to worry any side effects. Hope u ll be ok. Takecare and yes also do not eat or drink anything too hot or too cold.

Ibuprofen. And also, try getting some MI paste
