Gum problem? (Need help)?!

Question: Gum problem? (Need help)?
Ok I am 16 and I brush my twice a day. Ever since last thrusday, My gums and teeth have had this weird tingling sensation. Just a few days ago it started to burn. I flossed and used mouthwash and it helped a little. I was thinking it might've been a gum infection so I thought of an idea (Might sound a little weird!!!!) I flossed my teeth and they started bleeding. Then I used mouthwash and it started feeling a little better. It still tingles some, but not as bad as it did before I did that. What do you think is/was wrong with my gums?

BQ: (This might sound weird too) but how come when you poke the space beneath your tongue with your tongue, your gums start feeling funny? (This isn't what caused my gums to feel funny since I haven't done it in a long time.) I've always wanted to know.

Hello
you need to use a soft headed tooth brush and brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes 2 times a day. Do not brush too hard as that can damage your teeth and gums. Also floss once a day just before bedtime to remove plaque and food from in between your teeth a brush cannot reach. Get a new tooth brush about every 3 months. If you do not floss every day now your gums may of bled and felt funny as your gums maybe inflamed. If you do not floss plaque builds up around the teeth and gums and causes the gums to become inflamed and then if you suddenly floss, they will bleed. So you need to floss every day to stop them becoming inflamed and sore. If you do not floss every day start now. Your gums will bleed for a few days but this is normal and carry on flossing and as your gums heal and stop being inflamed, the bleeding will stop.

Avoid sugar and acidic foods which cause plaque and enamel loss. Eat a tooth kind diet , things like milk and yogurt, apples, fresh veggies and fruits( non acidic) . Avoid too much fizzy drink as it weakens your tooth enamel. Do not brush shortly after drinking fizzy as you will erode your teeth away.

So I believe the tingling feeling you can is due to you having a slight gum infection. So keep brushing and flossing and be gentle and your gums should feel better soon.

Hope that helps and good luck

I think you need to change to a soft toothbrush as you may have sensitive gums.
also, the majority of bacteria in your mouth cannot be seen.
this can cause decaying although visibly the appearance seems to be fine.
maybe consult your dentist and get them to have a look
you may need to be sent for x-ray's and have further dental examinations, but its all worth it for no bleeding and no pain isn't it.

hope I helped & hope it gets sorted
best answer :)
I would be grateful x

i think you need to change toothbrushes. for some reason that happens when i use a tooth brush to long
