My gum and teeth hurts really bad whenever I bite down. What is happening and wh!

Question: My gum and teeth hurts really bad whenever I bite down. What is happening and what caused it?
My tooth on the upper left side of my mouth started hurting since the beginning of this month. Then, after a few weeks, my tooth on the opposite side started aching. Whenever I eat, it starts aching really badly. I look at both sides at the gum line and it's red and swollen. It only hurts in the evening but not in the afternoon during school. I'm extremely worried. What should I do about it?

Answers:

It seems like you have some form of gum disease, sounds worst than what it really is. I would encourage you to go see your dentist as soon as possible to treat the area with a Scaling Root planning treatment ( Deep Cleaning) You can also rinse and brush the area with warm salt water this helps the swelling go down. Hope you feel better.

its probably an infection.
a decaying tooth of something.

same here. my teeth started hurting like crazy and i went to the dentist. he said i needed to get a root canal. i asked my doctor why in the evening especially at night the pain is more unbearable in the mornings, he said something about bacteria and stuff... yeahh my gums were hurting to. Until the day of the dentist appointment, brush your teeth even though it hurts like crazy, and make sure to rinse with mouth wash or salt water. i always rinsed with salt and warm water to kill the bacteria. it kinda felt better for a while. You should def check with the dentist though.
