what does it feel like after you get your wisdom teeth out?!

i was never put to sleep to have four impacted wisdom teeth removed. i has a drip sedative, and a bunch on novocaine shots. yu almost have to be on pain meds. i was on tylenol with codeine for five days. this was in 1979, when i was 32. after i recovered, i didn,t miss them at all. full anesthesia is like.... lights out. lights on. no memories, or sense of passing time.

Mine didn't really hurt. There was discomfort the first 3hrs after though. Oh gosh, trying to eat some yogurt, didn't feel right at all. I didn't even need the pain killers much. The only thing I will say is; You will swell, a lot. I didn't swell the first day. It happens days later.
