Does it hurt to get your wisdom teeth pulled out?!

Question: Does it hurt to get your wisdom teeth pulled out?
just curious:)

Answers:

No, it doesn't hurt. And like someone else said, you don't have to get put under. I just had local anaesthetic when I got all four out two weeks ago, and they were still under the gums. It didn't even hurt much afterwards. Honestly, the worst parts for me were not being able to chew properly (not because of pain, but because you should avoid disturbing the areas) and not being able to brush my teeth properly for the first few days. I didn't even take the pain medication my dentist prescribed for me after the first day.

no... its just annoying for the next week because you gotta be careful eating and such

and just a.. note i guess, the guy above said you get put under but that's not always true, all i got was Novocaine and a little bit of Valium, but i was awake and aware, still not a big deal though

No you get put under you can't feel a thing. It's the healing that hurts.
