would the dentist numb me with a needle?!

Question: Would the dentist numb me with a needle?
i am extremely afraid of them when i was 7 i had a tooth removed and since than i had a fear of the dentist. and now i have a really loose tooth but the other side is still stuck to my gums so if the dentist pulls it out will they have to numb me with a needle or is there something Else they could use

Answers:

how old are you? If it is a baby tooth and it is loose the dentist could probably use a numbing spray for the gums and get it right out or better yet you could just wiggle it out your self and you can be in control of the whole situation and save your parents some money. GOOD LUCK

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Today they have made strides in numbing you before they inject you, trust me I know how painful tooth extraction was when I was a child. They stuck you and you were on your own. Today they use a swab with a numbing agent which does help to alleviate the once stabbing injection. Mention to your Dentist your fears most good Dentist will be assuring and delicate.

GO TO A DENTIST, AND ASK FOR IT,...... SEDATION DENTISTRY.
HE'LL GIVE YOU A SLEEPY PILL, BEFORE HE DOES ANY WORK,
AND THAT WILL RELAX YOU, AND SO THAT THE DOC CAN DO HIS THING. AND TAKE THE PILL, BEFORE HE GIVES YOU A NUMBING SHOT.
...............THIS WILL CALM YOUR FEARS.

BEEN THERE DONE THAT

my dentist has an orange flavored cream to numb the gum so you don't feel the needle of Novocaine.
