i want to get them but im worried that its gonna feel weird and take a LONG time to get used to eat and talk with them?

Don't get veneers. Most dentists do not know how to determine if they will be successful. And just about all will lie and tell you it is like your own teeth. They frequently pop off as most dentists drill thru the enamel which is what the veneer adheres to. All people will have sensitivity to sweats and cold forever. Once you do this, your teeth are screwed for life. You cannot undo the prodecure.
