Question: Why is my 1 tooth smaller? ?
My tooth just to right of my 2 front teeth is slightly smaller than all my other ones. I have no braces and my teeth are really straight. Its the only tooth that is smaller straight. Its the only tooth that is smaller but why? I'm only 16 to. I brush everyday also. but why? I'm only 16 to. I brush everyday

there is no other reason than genetic randomness.
the body is almost always asymetrical, most often the difference is too miniscule to notice. unless ofcourse you spend time studying and obsessing over it. my bet is that no one other than you even notices it and you shouldnt worry about it at all
