will drinking chocolate milk do any type of good for my teeth?!

Question: Will drinking chocolate milk do any type of good for my teeth?
Answers:

Hi,

No- drinking chocolate milk will only do bad things to your teeth.

Milk does contain calcium, however this is only absorbed and of benefit to teeth when they are developing. once the enamel is formed, drinking milk or even taking calcium tablets will not improve the density of the enamel. Bones, on the other hand, do benefit from calcium throughout life.

Chocolate milk contains sugar which will decay your teeth..... Healthy teeth are maintained by limiting sugar intake. If you would like to drink chocolate milk i would suggest you have it as part of another meal, like breakfast and not have it as a snack. Never drink it just before bed.

Yes, but only if you brush your teeth afterward so the sugar isn't transformed into acid by bacteria, which will attack your teeth.

Milk has calcium, so it's good for your teeth.
