I got rubber bands for braces!?!

It will be sore for a little while but after a little while it will just be annoying, but you'll get used to them.

When you have to tighten them they will hurt and be a little sore but then it will go back to normal and you will be used to them.

l z is right, taking something for the pain is a good idea, I personally prefer advil but it's whatever works best for you.

when i had braces i couldn't even eat bread !
so yes it's going to hurt what you can do is drink paracetamol ibuprofen there really good
and pain relief !

Both the answers are correct. I went through the same thing. Why didn't anyone mention taking an Aleve. Lasts all day and takes the pain down quite a bit. Hello?
