Braces cutting my mouth, do I brush it?!

Question: Braces cutting my mouth, do I brush it?
Just got my braces tightened... they are cutting the inside of my mouth like paper. Bottom of my tongue has a long cut which stings, insides of of my mouth gut cuts that turn greenish after i eat something or wake up.

Should I brush these cuts often to clean them? Doesnt that just tear it more? What's the best way to get these cuts healed?

Answers:

just leave them alone and try not to rip them open anymore (dont brush them!!)

Yes, try to leave them alone. Also, use wax to cover the brackets so they won't cut into your mouth.
