Will braces help my teeth at 26?!

Question: Will braces help my teeth at 26?
My teeth are kind of crooked, not horribly, and I was wondering if braces would help. I'm 26, and I'm tired of them not being straight. Also, I've got gaps in some of my teeth where I had to have some removed as a teen and they spread apart pretty much. So if you have had experience with being an adult with braces please let me know.

Hi, I'm 27 and I'm going to get braces soon! My orthodontist (and, btw, I've consulted another one) assured me that it'd work, only it'd take longer than if you had done it as a kid. He showed me the results of her adult patients and they are amazing. Me too I've got a tooth pulled out as a teen and there is a gap, but braces can move teeth pretty far! So I say, go for it!

Braces will help anyone!. If you are worried that you do not want metal in your mouth you should consider looking into Invisalign. It is a clear retainer like piece that you wear but you can take out for an hour a day. Its clear no one can tell you have it in. but if you dont care and want regular braces then go for it! anyone can have braces!! :)
