Question: Do you brush your teeth in hot or cold water?
ive always used cold water, but i got into a debate with someone about this, and they claim that most people use hot water and hot water makes your toothpaste work better to whiten your teeth...which do you use? i dont want to be the nasty toof gurl

I use both cold and hot.. so It is a comfortably room temperature... :D
I personally prefer warm water, but it really doesn't matter for the effectiveness of the toothpaste. If it did, they would put that on the toothpaste directions. Use whatever temp water you like.
I use hot water, but I always use hot water no matter what, even to wash my hands. I've never heard of it making your teeth whiter, although professionals do say that using hot water will kills germs or bacteria better.
