Can I get veneers free on the NHS?!

Question: Can I get veneers free on the NHS?
I'm 16 years old, and have extremely severe fluorosis. I've always had it, even on my baby teeth. It really bugs me because they look horrible, and it's not my fault. There's nothing I'd like more than to have white teeth, without brown/yellow stains over them.
I've had braces for nearly 2 years now, and I'm due to get them off sometime this year. I like the fact my braces disguise my teeth, and you can't see it that much, but I know when they come off, it'll be even more visible again.
I've been told by the dentist that bleaching could be an option, but it won't stop the problem.. It will simply make it lighter. Having my braces off, I will have perfectly straight teeth, but I'd like them to be white as well. I want the confidence to smile, and not feel embarrassed because of them. It really gets me down.

As I'm 16, and in full-time education at school, going onto college, will I be able to get veneers free on the NHS? Because I simply wouldn't be able to afford them, neither would my family.

Answers:

If you go to your doctor and explain that they are impacting your physical and mental well being i.e. making you feel depressed and physically hurting you all the time there could be grounds for it. Also tell them about your financial situations, that you could never afford it going private. You can only ask :)
