Question: Who would you choose to do your tooth implant?
B. The guy that works on a hockey teams mouth? (a few good reviews on angies list)
C. The guy with the emmaculate office but has only done tooth implants for 9 yrs? (only one recomendation angieslist.)
PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE! THIS HAS BEEN STRESSING ME OUT. I NEED TO DECIDE SOON

Sounds like you've got a good starting point.
How did your brother like the Surgeon? Aside from the office not being the fanciest do they take care of their patients? Do they explain the financials? Or do you sit in the room waiting for someone to pay attention to you?
Personally for me, id go with experience and proof of results. The next thing on my list would be their chairside manner. Do they care about you ? or not?
A nice office is cool,,,,,but I've been in offices that don't have tons of bells and whistles and they treat their patients like gold. You can also find the opposite in a very "high-end" office.
A recommendation from your general dentist may be a good idea too. Usually referrals for implants start out this way. They should be able to give you two places to check out.
