What major should I study to become a Dental Assistant?
Answers:
I can't give you a one word answer as there are a number of areas you will need to have knowledge about. Examples would be, Oral anatomy, physiology, histology and of course special studies covering dental procedures and instruments as well as materials. Then of course X-ray procedures. What you need to do is contact a school in your area that teaches Dental Assisting and ask for a copy of their required curriculum. God luck and I wish you well.
