Is Sensodyne right for me?!

Question: Is Sensodyne right for me?
I'm a 15 year old female and I have had a habit of brushing my teeth very hard all my life. I've also had rumination syndrome, so I used to throw up for 2 years and was malnourished.

I don't throw up anymore, and I brush my teeth softly. I eat lots of fruit and milk now. My teeth are very transparent from the throwing up and brushing hard and painful when I move my mouth. Is it tooth sensitivity? They don't hurt specificly after eating something, they just feel uncomfortable in general. They are very transparent. Does Sensodyne make enamel stronger and therefore reduce the discomfort?

Thanks in advance.

Answers:

sensodyne doesnot act on enamel.
it blocks the dentin which helps in reducing the sensitivity.

ask your dentist.
