Help! Why is this happening?!

Question: Help! Why is this happening?
Last year I started having excruciating dental pain, it eventually got so bad I would wake up in the middle of the night to wake my mom up and just start crying(I have a very high pain tolerance). I was sure the pain was caused by one of my impacted wisdom teeth so I went to the dentist and he agreed. After antibiotics I had the wisdom tooth surgically removed and everything was perfect after that, until now. The exact same pain is back in the exact same place, except now I don't have the money to go to the dentist. Why is this happening again over a year later?

P.S.
For some odd reason the excruciating pain starts out only hurting at night but eventually all the time.

Answers:

Yes, It sounds like another tooth. It could be an upper or lower tooth on that side. You can think pain is coming from one tooth but it actually is from another. It's called referred pain. You will need to see a dentist and have xrays to find out where it is coming from. The pain that happens when there is no stimulus (like just lying in bed means there is a problem).
good luck

Well, since that tooth is gone, its liikely the problem with the back molar...butt how can u kno for sure without xrays? All u can do is take advil and put ice on ur cheek...util u can get to a dentist,
