Discomfort Dental in Upper Left-Side Molar?!

Question: Discomfort Dental in Upper Left-Side Molar?
Hi...
I have possible sore but it is discomfort (no great pain yet) in Upper Left Side on Molar (#25, 26 or 27). It only happen when I shake my head.. but.. eating, sleeping, brushing and flossing.. all fine!!!!!!

I have my #25 premolars extracted (pull out) about a year ago due to bad infection can't save.

Now, I don't know why it is sore.. but no pain or anything... It is possible sore in tooth or bone or what? I did use hard plastic stick to tap on my tooth on #26 and #27. It is no pain or no sharply pain.
It is very nothing like ZERO pain.

Why I still have sore or discomfort?? should I check out by Dentist possible to check by X-Ray?

I suspect X-Ray will be negative.

Beside suspect of negative on X-Ray... Can you tell me what wrong with it???

I know I don't need go to dentist since I eat fine, sleep on left side... everything are fine.
I did floss on Tooth #26 and #27. I don't see anything pain... If it is sharply pain or eat pain I could go to Dentist...

But why??? only thing I can feel sore when I shake my head and I could felt tooth sore or bother somewhere in #25 (pull-out) or #26 or #27... Tell me why??

Answers:

Upper left side molars are #14, 15 and 16. Since the only time you have discomfort is when you shake your head I am wondering if you have a sinus infection. What happens is the sinus cavity gets an infection. The roots of your teeth are very close to that cavity. Since your brain is use to receiving messages from your teeth and not your sinus the pain is misunderstood. I have pain in my teeth when I have a sinus infection. The best way I can tell is either I have been sick, or I shake my head. I hope this helps.
