Should I brush my teeth before using mouthwash or the other way round?!

Question:

Should I brush my teeth before using mouthwash or the other way round?

Answers:

This would be the correct order of daily dental care:

- gargle with water to remove big pieces of food stuck on teeth.
- brush your teeth, tongue (don't forget the underside of the tongue which is a great place for bacteria to thrive) and the roof of the mouth with toothpaste and rinse.
- scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper, if you have one.
- floss.
- gargle your mouth with mouthwash and expel (don't rinse with water).
