Im 14, about 5'1 with parents who are average height, when will i get taller!

You have plenty of time to grow. Until you are 21. Your growth spurt probably hasn't started yet.

boys are supposed to stop growning at 18, but some keep growing... but not much.

My friends while growing up grew taller at different ages. One good friend was shorter than me at 17 years old when I joined the army and was noticeably taller than me the next time we saw each other 2 years later. I think all animals grow at their own personal rates and times until adult size and the time it takes to reach adult size varies with the individual too. You have plenty of time to grow to maybe be taller than you want to be. I was around 20 when I stopped getting taller. I'm 56 and five ten now. My parents were both under five seven. There can be good or bad of whatever size you are.
it all depends on your DNA . Do you have taller blood relatives ex. grandfather on either side of your family, grandmother aunts or uncles. check or ask your parents you may get taller or may not i believe until the age of 21yrs you can still grow.
Males usually stop growing at 18 and often earlier and sometimes later, so at 14 you will probably grow at least another 4 inches. Hopefully at least another 8 inches.
